  3. Mail a check or pay your registration by credit card.
  4. Reserve your hotel room.
  5. Attend the Conference.

AFC Member Registration                    $99.00 - Before April 15, 2015
Non-Member Registration                    $149.00 - Before April 15, 2015

AFC Member Late Registration              $129.00 - After April 15, 2015
Non-Member Late Registration              $179.00 - After April 15, 2015

Refund Policy
Full refund issued 7 days prior to event (5:00 PM, May 12).  No refunds issued for no-shows or cancellations the day of event or after.

T-Shirt Policy
Shirt sizes can only be guaranteed for registrations received before April 24, 2015.
